Honestly, if you have to ask, you probably will get banned. Then you'll come here saying it's a scam, and that you did nothing wrong...

Avoid level 2, if you don't want to collect every 30 minutes or so.
At level 4, you have more than 4 hours between collections--very easy for anyone to manage.
At level 5 and higher, it's almost impossible not to collect everything, due to the time it takes for the max collection to be reached.
