this one adds:
- less redundancy to the QR, makes it a bit smaller, easier to scan.
- added a larger version popup when the QR code is clicked.
- added another section for broadcasting bytes, to make it easier than going to the /test page to get them.
This allows for a much better flow
1. Save the html and USB it to an offline computer.
2. generate the tx bytes with the form
3. use your mobile device to scan the QR code that comes up
4. copy paste the tx bytes scanned on you mobile device into the "broadcast bytes" section of vapor
5. submit the transaction from the phone.
