Sadly, people(namely free but I think some level 2s) have been banned since the rules aren't in the FAQ. Later all paid accounts banned were opened back up, and all paid accounts should remain open and not banned, but anyone found cheating in some way of course would be dealt with. These rules collected are all what the op has posted himself. The free faucet dust-lickers really should pay attention, but they rather make a lot of noise after being caught for going crazy on the system.
