I feel they should be able to help you with that. As the last 6(?) characters are a checksum, you should have the only correct address.
If you followed the 3 points, just be patient.
I know is invalid, that's why i'm not able to withdraw BTC. I also don't want to make any deposit and more referals acording, because i am not sure if my problem can be solved or not.
