If you're still clueless after reading the instructions, here's another suggestion, this one anyone can do:

Move all of your funds back into the exchange in one go. Once all of your XQN is sitting on the exchange, withdraw your coins back to your wallet, but in small chunks at a time. So if you have 10,000 coins there, make for example 10x withdrawals of 1,000 coins each. All set.
