You are just like some other guy the other day when he said he is waiting for 3000 sat which shortly happened yesterday on ccex (but probably only in self sale in attempt to push price further down). All time low on bittrex was 3500 sat and that lasted very short and price rebounded 20-30%. Now if you are looking to get in buying on dips is super but with 10k waiting for some target price to happen in periods when some guys from top 10-20 selling their stakes or dumping to buy more lower is actually loosing cause you are not staking.
I'm not saying that we wont see 3000sat or 1000sat, question is how long you'll wait until that happen cause if you need to wait for 4-5 days than you'll actually be in position to have less 10k than you could have if you bought 10k on yesterday dip.
Anyway, I dont wish you luck with that target price   ... but if you are confortable to buy at 1000 sat just put your buy order and wait
