actually in your rules under Rugby League it says and I quote
"including any extra-time in any match where an official result is declared."

the match went into extra time, yet you say it was a draw. It was not a draw, Brisbane won by 2 points.
do you just make up the rules as you go?
and also I only got a refund when I shouldve got the amount for winning.
this is all very shady.
