I'm doing research on bitcoin sites and played on your site extensively all products the other day. Litecoin is the only area I didn't test for myself just because I've never used litecoin before, but I am trying to understand what all sites offer. The reason for posting relates to this.

You say can come in for litecoin direct. but someone else is saying there is a conversion. How does that work? If possible can you tell me the specifics. When does a conversion apply if someone uses litecoin, and when does one not?
