Hi (I'm new so be kind/ hard to navigate/learn these forums)
I won 10th place with valentines lottery- I tried live chat twice to get my 100 mbtc
first chat guy alex didn't understand- gave me 35 points which at the time convers 10;1 and equaled 3 mbtc lol
convinced him to give me more 165 points, total for this day was a whopping 20mbtc
I had to explain AGAIN this didn't equal 100 mbtc
he said he could only give 20 mbtc a day, and to come back to chat next day
I contacted chat the next day- different person
she also was confused
She said that I received my winnings yesterday- I explained the above =
she asked for a screenshot showing that I won, I supplied that (good thing- names aren't there anymore)
she said she could give me 30 points because she isn't authorized to give anymore-
sigh
so I exchanged that for 3mbtc
Emailed them many times (no response not even an automated ticket), tried chat a few more times (not available)
still owed 77 mbtc (yes it's small- it's the principle/ can't trust a casino so unorganized)
guess i could post the winners screenshot if anyone needs it -

Welcome to the forum. Ihad lots of problems with the site including withdrawals, and they took 48 hours each reply to my support ticket, took almost a week for them to tell me they couldn't send my money back since they needed me to gamble 3x my deposit to be eligible for withdraw...
