I have unplug the board last night, and replug it this morning, without any result. The board is not hot at all. There is absolutely no burn mark on the board.
Here is the CGMiner API log (a few minutes after a restart of tplink) (for information, error rate is 0 because of tplink reboot; after many hours i have never seen error rate over 0.1%, most of the times it is between 0.01 and 0.08) :

Try change the frequency to 230 or 240 & the voltage to 1000. If the board still not hashing, then that board is ruined.
Still not hashing at 230/1000 and 240/1000...
Is it possible that only one A1 chip is dead ? In this case, maybe i can still use it with the good chip mask.
