Does anyone use a dust filter on their s5? I have one on the push fan. It contributes a bit to the noise but what do you all do with dust?

This is my S5 with a dust cover on it. its not the one that wraps around the fan but sticks on the front of the fan. Seems like it does a decent job. But really, how do you guys deal with dust? do you clean the miners out once a month or some other schedule? Doesn't dust contribute to increased heat?
