It is impossible to know when you were at the top.
The best method, what I follow, is to withdraw every time you make your deposit back (or a portion of it as decided before).
You might not have got 0.7 then, but could have made a decent profit, lol.

You have absolutely no reason to worry. You made 1600% profit and went back to 200% profit! It is still lucky.
