I guess it comes down to one of two things:
1) you know you can't beat the house edge, but claim that you can in order to rip people off
2) you falsely believe you can beat the house edge, and try to profit from others with the same false belief
I'm not sure which of the two possibilities looks better for you, but either way I think it's worth warning people that you were trying to sell a product that doesn't work (whether you knew it at the time or not).

Yeah but out of all the reputable dice owners you promoted them and recommended, them if this was a judge you could have been a suspect in this crime and im sure you would have been tried in court. Probably also pay damages if they did a big investigation and found that, they probably gave you money to do this and you wont at least admit that.
