I just don't see that. I don't see where the buyers are coming from if Garza is dumping. You can't trust the legions on HT. those could be 90% troll accounts.
The general opinion in the public is to stay away from XPY so there's no way people are buying millions of a coin in free-fall.

This has to be Garza buying and insiders who know the plan [assuming there is a plan]. It makes more sense than minions of imaginary buyers to me.
But they would need a huge plan and also a massive PR Blitz to turn it all around. That's for sure!
