I have a Bter account with over 50,000 CNY. Bter is allowing CNY bank withdrawals now but I have no CNY bank account and it is difficult to find any place I can withdraw to.

If you have a CNY bank account then you can easily withdraw the CNY from Bter.

So you pay me BTC, I give you access to the Bter account. Or I transfer CNY to your bank account and you send me BTC.

I will give you a 5% discount on the market rate of CNY/BTC.
