why is the expired transaction not added to "Progress to next payout" ? it still remained at 0.01217293 / 0.13020000

the expired btc was 0.01500266 i thought it would be added to next payout like 9nine said  

edit : it is not visible now coz someone just deposited 0.12000000 BTC. hopefully admin can explain why it wasnt added
