The price is fluctuating up and down, but still its hanging in pretty well. I would say this however the binary options feature looks really interesting, but it's vital when its released it works properly. Better delay and get it right, than rush it out the door not working properly. That will tank the price quicker than delays. Maybe a quick demo video and a few reminders on twitter etc about the coins goals wouldn't do any harm though.
Agreed 100% !!! To anyone from the outside looking in right now, it just looks as if nothing is going on and he even took the info off the ANN about it being an ICO which seems strange to me? Wouldn't you want people to know that there was trust in your coin to invest in it?
I agree with your points, it would be better if there was more buzz and chatter. As for ICO info missing from ANN, doesn't seem that strange to me, it is over after all and buy in price was very reasonable and still holds up well against current Bittrex price although buywall is a lot thinner now(anyone in ICO had good chance to make good profit).
I can't speak for Dev, but I would say the features he is working to setup are complex and time consuming. He may want to consider taking on someone to look after the promotion side of things to keep PEN fresh in peoples minds. I really think idea is cool and would stand out against other coins which are mostly just silly memes with copy and paste features thats why I've invested a good deal of BTC in it.
