c-cex is a low volume exchange although volume was great today for risk. But also keep in mind the coin is very new and there isnt really a price set yet... the sell orders are from miners who mined the first days...ico investors paid 28k sat so im guessing price will start around 30k when we hit a exchange like bittrex or cryptsy.
