The RD capitalization is based on RD-supported projects and private investments. We aim to create a system in such way that it would require a couple of clicks to invest in it. This would allow investing not only for people who knowing cryptocurrencies' users, but for any one who is interested in a project. That is the reason why we are working on web-mining; however, it is not available yet. We will post a message on this forum when work is complete.
