it seems that Garza now wants to separate GAW from Paycoin. Not sure if maybe that was the agreement he/they made with team paycoin...in any case, that's impossible to do. Plus, it is really not smart at all for team paycoin to try to create value for paycoin when Garza can just dump it all.
The Adam guy does seem to have a lot of money invested in paycoin, so it's in his best interest to see it succeed (though it's a conflict of interest as KC6TTR pointed out)
If I had to guess I would say it's related to the current SEC investigation.
PayCoin probably needs some [expensive and time consuming] SEC regulations and approvals while GAW doesn't.
