We can see here Coblee is promoting centralization by wanting to remove the block chain spam in Litecoin.

The fate of Litecoin is self-explanatory. Perhaps Coblee is losing fate his "Liecoin" can meet up to the challenge.

Grin Grin Grin

We were actually having the checkpoint = centralization talk earlier on irc, and I came to the conclusion:

We could either make a checkpoint and it would be a form of centralization on our part, or we could be controlled BCX's fork, which is also a form of centralization. It is either or, no 3rd choice (other then beating his hashrate). Which one sounds better? Although I am starting to think BCX is just bullshitting us and wanted cheap litecoins.

I don't think Coblee meant he WANTS to, he said he wishes. I wish for a few million dollars.
