errrr. so i email support as suggested by micon, telling them that the password reset doesn't work for me after trying it 3 times. and they reply suggesting i try to do what i've already been trying.

i think i have same issues the software opened but then no response from acc reset etc the sad thing no reply from support what to do ? No one helping me

playing swc last 1 year but hell no response from support ..anywhere
