zighash i would read this as you are subject to it if exporting/importing drones.

as i understand it, if the drone you exported is involved in some sort of mischief and it can be linked to you, the full weight of the US gov't will be on top of you. im from the UK and we are still held accountable as this is an international "law" the Americans have created and are enforcing.
