I'm in hong Kong at the moment and am entertaining the idea of dropping in there. But I don't don't speak the language well, and don't know who I'm asking for (other than a couple of forum tagnames) or what they look like

That said, I'm not sure you'd get to speak to him.  Or, for that matter, whether he's really the person to speak to Smiley
