I won't be buying anything in the next three months or likely this year. I plan to hold for a bit to see where bitcoin can go.
I'd buy personally but only you can make this decision.
I myself am having real trouble with this at the moment. My first buy was last week at 228. I know, it was a great price but I wish I bought more.
