The owner of Havelock, "The Panama Fund S.A.", has a stock capital of 10'000 US$. Ownership is unknown. Ownership isn't revealed at all. So basically, Havelock gets money from investors - read: you - to invest in a couple of companies which seem to all close down.

So at the end of the day (i.e. the time the site won't be back online): Who to go after for getting back the money?
