the date isn't important? at worst, "he" was sitting on emails for 2-3 months and just decided to release them. that seems mildly important from a context standpoint. "he" claimed "he" has someones lost ipad/iphone from Miami. That date's them back to mid/early January that "he's" had them. So, at best, he was sitting on them for a month+. Not important? sure, we would have liked to have seen these emails a month ago, but it's better now than never
