Out of the wallets you mention i use Blockchain the most but i do keep small amounts on btc-e and bittrex to buy alts easier and make more btc 

I should really use a offline wallet i guess when i lose a few btc i will but fingers crossed till now my 2fa and not clicking random links has been ok.
