maybe he is busy with his other work or its not his working time
usually they complete the work in the order they received, not just do it randomly

I received the list late at night and was not home. I thought I would be home today but I'm still away, I will most likely (99%) be home by tomorrow and payments should be sent then or before. Sorry for the inconvoenice guys.
