If Garza can barely afford to pay for detailing his likely by now repoed Tesla - even that one had a $140 overdue amount - I don't think he's going to pay $500k.
Ok, don't have any speculation for you on ability to pay (if they can't pay, I would think BK asap (like today, asap) - although, not sure whether claims of investors who invested based on certain reps would be discharged).
