Yes. But even that (i stake 10+x more than 20-25k) you don't get 20 xco alltime.
I earned 20 xco once, usually 11-12-18, few times so tiny 0.01 0.03 etc. I had 1 conflicted at 12 well mined.
Maturity = 1000conf.
