1. Your balance is missing, you should contact to support to get it fix
2. Someone logged on your account and withdrawed your balance
you need to contact support immediately after the site up
dont forget to send mail again atleast once everyday, i think their support have lots of work to do.. pd got plenty number of players that might be hving some issues too
