Will you increase the rates?
The rate is at least 30% lower than bit-x, and with harsher requirements(75 characters)

How long has the big-x promotion been around? Maybe they will lower soon? I think its also not as automated as this one (I think the amount is paid to their wallet and we need to withdraw).
But it will be great to increase this a bit to match them
