Everything is subjective, sometimes 100 meh quality posts spammed in a 1 day time frame catches a moderator/admin's attention more than 10 poor quality posts. There aren't post limits, however it goes without saying that at a certain point its hard to maintain post quality.............

And that's absolutely great if there are no limits and the only thing needs to be maintained is the post quality.
There is a simple thing to do "post as if you aren't wearing any signature ad and you will be safe". I think this is a simple thing to understand & apply, or maybe I am wrong.
