fastBeast has been granted amnesty for his involvement in a signature campaign abuse ring that involved five other usernames. While I did positively identify this user as having been involved in campaign abuse, there is also good evidence that the ring was disbanded shortly after and the approach taken by this ring was not effective. Since there is no additional abusive activity that I have found, you are welcome to enroll but I will be watching. Offer retracted. User is still abusing signatures and is banned

A note to all active participants

I have been receiving a large number of PMs lately with information about signature campaign cheaters. These are welcome and anonymous and any information leading to the positive identification of a campaign abuser will be appreciated. (If your tip is bunk, it won't count against you either; we all make mistakes.) A big thank-you to the folks that have helped improve this campaign, with a special gold star shout-out to botany for being a pillar of truth in a sea of uncertainty.
