HDmediaservices: I would like to be able to accept songcoin directly yes. The value determination will be based on the conversion rate to BTC which is more widely accepted. In case the prices would be too high or the coin is poorly supported in an exchange and has a extremely low value (Wipe your virtual butt with it) we will assign a base value to it which is still being determined based upon the market unless the coin dies out at which point it will be delisted and no longer accepted. If you have suggestions please let us know.
