The article says that bitcointalk.org was subpoenaed to release all data on sockpuppet accounts to the government.
That particular document remains in DRAFT status at this time. It is unclear when or if it will be delivered. It will only be utilized if it is found to be relevant and necessary to the investigation. They've got a lot of materials from other sources they sent orders already
