how did all that work out the Titan decline for delivery?  (or are in in the process of the class action ..thus the denial of shipment if that was the angle?) curious?

thanks? (i applied to the class action 2x no reply....others with neppies and bonus neppie owners i know did get accepted and/or at least still get
spam emails from them    I guess the Titan was not as good a legal fight....in the fact ..i'm sure they can show knc used the 'bonus neptunes' on their data halls at the expense
of the customers..so i expect that is the angle the class action is in search of from a legal point of view..and being frigging late

as to a titan class action ..well .....i am probably out of the loop ..but i've not heard of anything ....or progress..zip...

feel free to enlighten me (i'm a former knc kool aid drinker......) we could start a support group with kool aid and cookies...group therapy there's the ticket!
