Actually, I think I like ASICMiner being an HSBC covert organization about as much as anything. 
movie plot...thickening...But yeah, I'd guess either they didn't bother to change the business directory, didn't want it changed, or shared the office space even if only in a virtual capacity (e.g. for delivery of goods). Maybe BLN can put up a picture of the mailbox label to appease the conspiracy people
