Yes. Rules have changed.
This are the new rules that Bitmixer added very recently :
- We don't pay for posts less than 75 symbols length.
- We don't pay for posts in Off-topic / Games and rounds / Alternate cryptocurrencies and this thread.That explains it. Although payment should have been the same for posts until rules changed.
