Extra risk? Extra means more than normal, so you instantly show there is a risk already.

Thank you for the feedback but I have no idea to how to write it for be equally for all websites. How can we judge if a site have higher risk with proofs? The solution is if a site have some problems with some users (not with all) the status will go in Waiting. Others idea?
