i just read that with paypal you could reveres the trade, but i would not do that.
a couple of days ago i tried to deposit 200 usd in coinbase to buy bitcoin, the the bank did a refund because i am not able to use coinbase from my country sweden. so i need some private dealer that sells bitcoins.
Yes you would not do that but who knows...
Nobody will put his money on risk trading with paypal so u should try to find another way to buy.
