Looks like you were the last received transaction in the old blockchain to Poloniex if that is their deposit address (https://chainz.cryptoid.info/noblold/address.dws?9WxW4Rsrp3h2YvXo7x6azCWCsVNTXcgWFX.htm), also correct me if im wrong but they should still be able to send you your funds back or atleast deposit into your account pending they still have the private keys of the old wallet on the old blockchain.
