Probably, he is using bits unit (1/1000000 of 1BTC). Look, he said that's "not much". Also, if he had about 17,000BTC, he will not joining to any giveaway games and will not enrolling on any signature campaign.I dont think so if he was a player in 2009. He could not earn that much amount.
