Doesn't surprise me one bit. Their customer service always sucked, the orders for their miners rarely shipped on time and were delivered late (and didn't ship with some of the promised, essential-for-some-people equipment, such as the "ZenMiners," and were instead shipped weeks later). Completely shoddy operation all around.
