To be fair, neither are 'available'.  BitFury semi-officially just stated that they won't be releasing sample chips, making them about as 'available' as any of the darks at this point.

As for ASICMiner, more news in a few days.  Supposedly.  I just hope that people are okay, hardware will move forward, and somebody - anybody - will get into that office and save those mugs from the floor.
