Because it is a criminal enterprise and most of the US Government Alphabet Agencies are monitoring everything to do with this coin. All people who are members/customers/user of the service have already had their personal information given to these agencies as they investigate money laundering by terrorists.

So anyone involved in this coin at this point, now that they know this, could be subpoenaed by a Grand Jury. If you are in really deep then you could end up on a watch list and the rest of your life pretty much fucked.
