thanks for your reply, i would like to clarify, i never use the word investment in my previous message. What i'm trying to imply is that i purchased a certain product which is the autominer and as a customer i should get what i purchase. Since there is a problem in the system, i should be compensated as a customer from what i paid for, just like a normal business, you know what i mean.
anyway, if that's not possible, so be it....., i hope we can fix the bug in the system...

Oh yes the reason I used the word investment is because the autominer is not an investment in getting gold. It's a purchase of a product where you do not have to enter the captcha. This has been delivered 100% to your account. The fact that mining stopped has nothing to do with whether you got the autominer or not. It was only a bad timing for your purchase.
The issue with mining is something I have been aware of and something we are working on resolving. It will most likely be gone when we move the site to a new server. I just have to plan it with my partner. Hold tight.
PLEASE SEND BACK MY UPGRADE PAYMENT FOR AUTOMINER WHEN THE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING please too.
