Lets put it this way,  if somebody as respected and senior as Gavin Andresen announced that he was going to help to save Paycoin in order to help the people who had been scammed the bitcoin community would tear him a new one, very quickly.

Nobody with any good standing in crypto should be anywhere near this scamfest.
