He hasn't changed his Password for more than a month , so it might be legit , some people farm accounts to sell.

This seems to be tied to a dead altcoin, so he is just looking to leave this forum is my guess.

It wouldn't get banned. It would get negative feedback, making it worthless as they would have a really hard time scamming or joining a sig campaign.
